In addition to this, you are also in agreement of all the applicable laws and regulation, and therefore, are deemed responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable laws.

Restrictions

Minors under the age of 18 shall be prohibited to register as an user of this website and are not allowed to mediate any transactions without adult consent or supervision.

 

Information transfer

If you make a payment towards our offered products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

 

Transaction records

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and follow the merchant policies and rules.

 

Online payments

PT Gamma accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.

 

Payment Terms

Pt-Gamma offers secured online payment using Visa and Mastercard credit/ debit card. The currency evaluated and charged will be taken in AED (Arab Emirates Dirhams).

 

Following program registration, a confirmation of registration and participation in the selected testing programs will be emailed to each participant. Closer to the start date (i.e. with 5-7 business days), an email will be sent to confirm your request for participation wherein an invoice for participation will be issued allowing participants to mediate an online payment via the Dashboard payment platform.

 

Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard debit and credit card online via a secured payment platform. Prices published indicate if VAT is included in the price or if the program fee is tax exempted.

 

Upon payment, a receipt is printed for the participants’ reference.

 

If a payment of program participation fees has not been received prior to the start date, the registration may be cancelled and the registered participant will be notified prior to this occurring.

 

Extension requests

For any accommodation to extend the test due date, an email at least 4-5 business days prior to the due date must be sent to the PT program coordinator via email at info@pt-gamma.com. PT Gamma cannot accommodate any requests for extension made not within the above mentioned time frame.

 

Submission of results

If analytical results are not submitted or registered on the online dashboard prior to the due date, the program fees will not be refunded.

 

Testing program cancellation/ extension

Pt-Gamma reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any program due to supplier service problems or unforeseen circumstances. If Pt-Gamma opts for this option, registered participants will be notified as early as possible to minimize the inconvenience and will be re-compensated for that specific program.

 

Confidentiality statement

1-             PT Gamma is committed to treat the identity of participants in a proficiency testing scheme as a confidential data, except for the persons involved in the operation of the proficiency testing scheme, unless the participant waives confidentiality.

2-             PT Gamma is committed to treat all information supplied by participants to PT Gamma as confidential information.

3-             Participants can elect to waive confidentiality within the proficiency testing scheme for the purposes of discussion and mutual assistance, e.g. to improve performance. Confidentiality can also be waived by the participant for regulatory or recognition purposes. In most instances, the proficiency testing results can be provided to the relevant authority by the participants themselves.

4-             When an interested party requires the proficiency testing results to be directly provided by PT Gamma, the participants will be made aware of the arrangement in advance of participation.

5-             In exceptional circumstances, when a regulatory authority requires proficiency testing results to be directly provided to the authority by PT Gamma, the affected participants shall be notified of this action in writing, unless the authority asked PT Gamma not to notify the participant.

 

Eligibility criteria for participation

Participation in any PT provided by PT Gamma is open for any individual or organization interested in developing its quality system or seeking evidence for its competency, for accreditation purpose, marketing or any other reason.

 

Subcontracting

PT Gamma may from time to time, subcontract some of the PT tasks, except the following tasks:

-          planning of the proficiency test scheme

-          the evaluation of performance

-          the authorization of the final report

 

When subcontracting occurs, it is placed with a competent subcontractor and PT Gamma is responsible to the participants and other customers for the subcontractor's work, except in the case where a regulatory authority specifies which subcontractor is to be used.

 

Appealing against PT results

 

·            Participant has the right to appeal for its results.

·            Appeal shall be submitted to PT Gamma through its official email (info@pt-gamma.com) , explaining the reason for appealing, supported by the evidence, where applicable.

·            PT Gamma will investigate the appeal, by impartial person or committee.

·            In case the appeal is proven to be valid, PT Gamma will take all the necessary actions to rectify this issue.

·            In all cases, appellant will be informed about the results of the investigation and the actions taken by PT Gamma.

·            PT Gamma will communicate, via any suitable mean (e.g. email, telephone, personal interview, etc.), with the appellant to ensure that the case is closed satisfactory.
